It is with immense pleasure that Embrace All Latino Voices announces, this Wednesday (16), a new partnership with James A Jones PC immigration Law Firm. The main goal is to help those in need of support with immigration matters, to assist and guide the Latino community through the legal procedures.

The Firm also provides legal assistance for undocumented people who need guidance and support to proceed with the legal immigration process.

Services Provided by the James A Jones:
Board of Appeals: Here, the Firm will review most decisions of immigration judges and some types of decisions of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officers.
Motion to Reopen: If you have been ordered to remove or your case has been denied, the James A Jones can order a Motion to Reopen, which means the individual can have a second chance to have the case reopened to a new start.
DACA: Under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, undocumented young people who came to the US as children, and meet key criteria can be considered for temporary relief from deportation or from being placed in removal proceedings.
Temporary Protected Status: The Firm has the ability to grant eligible individuals of certain countries who are already in the United States. Grants of TPS are initially made for periods of 6 to 18 months and may be extended.
Immigration Court: Individuals in need of this service can be represented by the Firm from start to finish during the court hearings in front of the immigration judge. The hearings are attended all over the United States.
Asylum: It is a legal protection for people who have suffered or fear returning to their home country.
Marriage and Family Adjustment of Status: In most cases, after completing the adjustment of the status process, the individual can be eligible for a green card.
VAWA Applicant: Under the Federal Violence Against Women Act, a victim of battery or extreme cruelty committed by an US resident, may be eligible to become a lawful permanent resident (through a green card).
U-Visas: The U Nonimmigrant status is set aside for victims of certain crimes to have suffered mental or physical abuse, and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in the investigation or persecution of criminal activity.
Fingerprint/Criminal Background Checks: The James A Jones provides services to take the individual’s fingerprints, and from there, send them off to the FBI. After that, the Firm will get the results directly from their office. The status of the individual is protected by the process and no one else can have access to it. Prosecutorial Discretion: It’s the authority of US Immigration Agencies (ICE, USCIS, and CPB) to choose whether or not to take enforcement action against a person or group to dismiss a case or to grant the individual’s application for a green card.
I-751 Petition for Removal of Condition on Residence: This removes your probation in case you’re a conditional permanent resident who obtained status through marriage and want to apply to remove the conditions on your permanent resident status.
Voluntary Departure: It is a permission from the US attorney General to leave the country at your own expense without any repercussions on your immigration record.
Changes of Address: The Firm also help individuals to change their address for the court and with USCIS.
ICE Reporting: The company assists you with ICE Reporting as well as changing your ICE Reporting location and scheduling dates.
ICE Bond and Detention Issues: The Firm will work though legal proceedings to get you freed from detention.
Renewal of Work Permit: This service provides renewal of Work Permit. That way the individual can have more time to stay in the country.
Immigration Work Authorization: Help individuals to get permission to work in the United States as noncitizens.
B1/B2 Visa: That’s a non-immigrant visa that allows foreigners to travel to the United States for tourism or business purposes.
Request for Evidence: The James A Jones has the ability to help you complete, compile and file Request for Evidence when the USCIS requests it.
