EMBRACE ALL LATINO VOICES is looking for a proactive and organized Event Manager to support our growing number of events and community initiatives. This is a contractor position for approximately 5 hours per week, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic nonprofit environment and enjoys bringing impactful gatherings to life.

What You'll Do:

Plan and coordinate small to large-scale community events

Work with EMBRACE team members to manage logistics, vendors, and event promotion

Ensure smooth event execution from setup to wrap-up

Track event performance and help improve future events

Who You Are:

Detail-oriented and self-motivated

Experienced in planning events (nonprofit or community-focused experience is a plus)

Comfortable working independently and on flexible schedules

Bilingual is not required
